We are a friendly bunch and love what we do. Our aim is to continue this work ethos and provide the best possible service.

Terry Rust - Director

Qualifying with the ACCA in 2003, Terry then subsequently qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2005 and Trust & Estate Practitioner in 2012 whilst working at PEM. Terry now heads up ntrust, specialising in SMEs, personal tax and estates. Having a particular interest in capital taxes planning, business succession matters and land and property taxes. As a busy dad of three, he enjoys family time, although takes every opportunity to escape on his motor bike and is heavily involved with his sons football team.

Nina Rust - Director

Nina qualified with the ACCA whilst working at Deloitte in Cambridge in 2004, moving to PEM in 2006. Nina focused on setting up ntrust after the birth of her second child in 2014. Specialising in SMEs and business start-ups, she continues to support many clients on a day to day basis with empathy and tenacity. Nina and Terry share three children and enjoy lots of family time together on various outdoor adventures. She fully understands the juggle of being a working mum and running a business.

Michelle Davies

Qualifying with the AAT and FSP - Advanced Apprenticeship in Accounting in the Accounting and Finance Sector in 2011, Michelle joined ntrust as the Office and Accounts Manager in January 2020. As a Certified Xero adviser, she specialises in all aspects of bookkeeping and ensures the smooth running of the ntrust office. Michelle and Nina are life-long friends. Outside of work Michelle lives for her holidays and spending time with her family and friends.

Claire Saag

After qualifying with the AAT as an accounting technician in 2020, Claire joined ntrust in October 2022 to assist with the preparation of year end accounts and tax returns as well as a range of other accounting and bookkeeping duties. She is a Xero Certified Advisor and has several years’ experience working with small businesses in a variety of industries from publishing to utilities. Outside of work, she keeps active with rock climbing and yoga, and can often be found with her nose in a book.

Louise Keeley

Louise joined ntrust in September 2023 as an HR and Employment Adviser. Louise specialises in providing advice on all aspects of HR and employment matters from recruitment, drafting contracts and policies, holiday queries to assisting employers with grievance and disciplinary procedures, redundancy processes, TUPE transfers, termination including settlement agreements and employment tribunal processes.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys running, reading and spending time with friends and family.
